It is an ideal base for anglers, painters, photographers, cyclists, hikers, bikers and lovers of hot springs as well as for gourmets and for those who just want to get away from it all and relax. In the tranquil hamlet of San Giovenale / Reggello a guest is not one among many and always comes first!

Use the convenient free car park next to Figline station and take the cheap train (25 minutes, 5€ one way) to explore Florence, the famous capital of Tuscany, with its precious art collections, churches, museums and shopping facilities in the daytime and return to the tranquility of our apartment in the hills in the evening.

Unwind and relax in our beautiful garden with historic towns and cultural monuments nearby. Whether you want to see Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Monteriggioni, Arezzo, Cortona, San Gimignano, the hot thermal springs of Rapolano or explore the world-famous Chianti region - everything is within easy reach from our former Olive Mill which is listed as a historical building. Lovely walks and well-signposted hiking tours are also possible in the national park of Vallombrosa (1270 hectares) which is close by.

We are embedded in the undulating hills of the Pratomagno, with its cypresses, olive trees and vineyards, where wild boar, deer and foxes live in peace.
