Our apartment "Il Frantoio 2" – max. 2 persons
We recently also offer a second, about 40 square meters, very cozy holiday apartment on the first floor of our olive mill; the entrance consists of a dressing room with 3-door wardrobe and separate shoe cabinet; from here you get into the quaint, large, bright and friendly furnished kitchen with larch wood flooring.

The kitchen
Well equipped kitchen with 2-plate ceramic hob, extractor fan, refrigerator with ice compartment, microwave and plenty of space for storage in the hanger. New built in 2017.
The living area
The living area offers a comfortable reading corner with a large sofa, armchair, reading lamp and table. From both large windows you have a beautiful view into the garden with pool and fantastic sunsets.
The sleeping area
The French size bed stands on a high, large gallery under the beautiful old roof beams - it has a lot of charm and flair.
The bathroom
Adjacent to the living area is the white-tiled bathroom with small window, large shower cubicle, sink and toilet - of course, everything with flowing hot-cold water.
The apartment is autonomously heated with a very well functioning pellet stove, on cooler days the flames play a homey feeling of security.
Outside
Our guests are free to use our large garden with its lawn and deckchairs for sun-bathing. There are also flowerbeds and herbs. It is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your mediterranean meals. At the back of our garden there is a small swimming pool (6.10 m x 3.75 m) which can be used from 15th June to the 15th September. From here you have a fantastic view of the lovely hilly Tuscan countryside.
What else might be worth knowing
In former times our house was an oil mill. When converting it, we made an effort to maintain the character of the house; in particular we preserved the beautiful red brick arches.
